JP Morgan Chase: Connect Suite of Applications

Due to Non-disclosure agreements, we often work on projects that cannot be shown publicly. This protects the client’s business and products. Contact us for additional details about the project

Our UX work was primarily the build of the Connect suite of applications: Over 100 Asset Management applications covering all aspects of day-to-day management: Portfolio, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Fees, Onboarding, Trust & Estates, Brokerage, Consumer Wealth planning, Tax Lots, Managed Accounts, and Auto-generation of Statements.

For example, the Positions application is the primary view for all financial positions of a client or account group. Used by 80% of of the portfolio managers in Wealth Management, the Positions application is the foundation for fast information and solid decision making.

In addition to the UX design of dozens of new and legacy applications, we conducted testing, working groups, wire framing, prototyping, managed the UX guidelines and conducted division-wide UX workshops. We worked within the organization to assist teams in building optimal applications, and were evangelists for the best UX practices.

The Governance Committee was were the pre-launch approval milestone for applications’ business strategy, engineering and UX design. Teams demonstrated their application candidates as a pre-launch requirement, and made adjustments where applicable. This quality control was instrumental in promoting the best possible quality of tools for their users.
