Citi: Client Onboarding Portal

Like most things, Client Onboarding processes are most noticeable when they are inefficient and needlessly complex. Citi’s Onboarding process was rethought and reconfigured with streamlined access and workflows. We designed the primary portal and the interior pages of the application.
